Illegal filter input

Apparently, something changed on OpenML.org. The unit tests show this:

Last week I indeed added additional input checks that the required inputs are in fact an unsigned integer (0 or higher). This was important, because before people could inject also strings and other stuff in the system.

Changing the value to 0 would fix the problem. Sorry for the inconvenience

Oops, I was wrong. At the moment, a filter on setups with value 0 is not accepted by the server (due to a bug it ignores the filter). Pushed a fix in the OpenML repo. Will be fixed after.
