GET /run/trace/{id}

Hi @PGijsbers, I'd like to work on this.
here's my implementation plan:

• Query the trace table by run_id, ordered by repeat, fold, iteration
• Return 571 if the run doesn't exist, 570 if no trace is found
• Follow the same database → schema → router pattern used in tasks.py

Could you assign it to me?
