Breaking: the public class is renamed AttestoMcp → AttestoMCP (all-caps MCP brand token; #26/#30). Republishes @openmobilehub/attestomcp-gate@0.2.0 + @openmobilehub/attestomcp-storefront@0.2.0. Package names, /attestomcp/* routes, and the lowercase attestomcp instance var are unchanged. Downstream consumers update new AttestoMcp() → new AttestoMCP() and bump to ^0.2.0.
