This is a minor release and you can skip it if you are not using microdata.

Changes in this release

• go oms: fix a read bug of microdata entity_key database column
• c++ core: new option weighted_tabulation_allow_time_based
• UI: notify user if microdata is empty in the model run (zero rows)
• UI: handle errors in UI if database read return with error on server for parameter, output table or microdata
• UI disk use: change refresh time if changed on the server

New option weighted_tabulation_allow_time_based

When turned on, the option weighted_tabulation_allow_time_based bypasses the OpenM++ prohibition on weighted_tabulation in time-based models. Thanks to Dominic Grenier and David Pelletier for pointing out the utility of weighted tabulation to perform alignment in a time-based model with a non-interacting weighted population.
