Update ESLint to 10.10.0, TypeDoc to 0.28.20, and brace-expansion to 5.0.7. Remove the obsolete TypeDoc gzip asset normalizer: TypeDoc now emits deflate-compressed data, so the old normalizer rejected generated navigation assets and failed the documentation build. Keep the examples lockfile aligned.
Integrate current main and resolve the overlap with the js-yaml update, whose dependency is removed by ESLint 10. Local
just check-jspassed, including lint, types, WASM/package builds, tests, and the browser example. GitHub Actions checks the published commit.
