Compression has gotten very good now, so just send the topology from every node (amounts to a few kbytes/node). Use the hwloc_topology_diff support to compare topologies to determine if they are different, storing the ones that are unique. Remove the --hetero-nodes cmd line option and replace it with --uniform-nodes for those users that (a) know their system has no variation in cpusets or hardware, and (b) want to avoid sending the topology back from each node. Default no-arg prun case to --help
