Updates the Fleet repository to the main version of OpenRemote.

This update of OpenRemote, among others, brings an update to the stability of the LockByKey mechanism, to fix issues with the MQTT broker not accepting new incoming messages sent.

Make sure that you update the main OpenRemote container to the latest version!
