6.18.5-rebase

This is a patch created from the "6.18" anthraxx/linux-hardened branch. I rebased it onto the 6.18.5 upstream stable kernel. I am unaware if the branch was complete or not. Most patches from them contain 103 commits - the branch had 102 (103 would be the update to the EXTRAVERSION in the Makefile). Feel free to build and test it - I am waiting for them to release an official patch to run a diff against it and see if the branch was finished or not. GPG fingerprint is in the profile.
