Release v0.20.0 - Async Actions and auto MCP

This release adds support for running Actions through CLI and MCP (in addition to the web UI interface). See https://openrun.dev/docs/actions/#mcp-tools
Support is added for running Actions asynchronously. Async actions run without being tied to the client session, run history is maintained for async actions https://openrun.dev/docs/actions/#async-actions
