Migrating openscholar from drupal 6 to drupal 7

OpenScholar uses the Migrate module to import data from a drupal 6 installation to a drupal 7 one. The standard update.php upgrade path is not supported. Instead, we create a new d7 installation and copy data from the legacy database.

Setup

1. Install D7 with the openscholar profile.
2. Edit D7's settings.php. Provide credentials to access the d6 database. Mine looks like this: `$databases = array ( 'default' =>
