v0.8.1 - Critical Hotfix: ACM/MCE Branch Detection

🚨 Critical Hotfix Release

This is an urgent hotfix for a critical regression in v0.8.0 that was excluding ALL ACM/MCE release branches from analysis.

🐛 Critical Bug Fixed

• Branch Filtering Regression: Performance enhancement filtering logic was incorrectly excluding all release-ocm-* branches
• Impact: PRs that were previously found in ACM/MCE branches (like release-ocm-2.15) were showing as "Not found in any release branches"
• Affected: All JIRA ticket analysis and PR tracking for ACM/MCE releases

🔧 Root Cause & Fix

Bug 1 - Version Parsing Error:

• 🐛 Before: "2.15" → trimmed to "2" → parsed as 2.0
• ✅ After: "2.15" → kept as "2.15" → parsed as 2.15

Bug 2 - MinVersion Threshold Too High:

• 🐛 Before: minVersion = 2.4 (excluded ACM 2.15, 2.8, etc.)
• ✅ After: minVersion = 2.0 (includes all current ACM versions)

✅ Verification

Before Fix:

❌ Not found in any release branches

After Fix:

✅ Found in 5 release branches:
  ACM/MCE branches (2):
    - release-ocm-2.15 (v2.15) - merged at 11-25-2025
    - release-ocm-2.16 (v2.16) - merged at 11-24-2025

🧹 Additional Improvements

• Removed unused method findACMMCEVersionsForUIRelease
• Cleaned up unused parameters
• Maintained performance optimizations while ensuring accuracy
