Summary

Bump all Kubernetes dependencies from v0.35.0 (k8s 1.35) to v0.36.2 (k8s 1.36).

• Go: 1.25.0 → 1.26.0
• k8s.io/*: v0.35.0 → v0.36.2
• controller-runtime: v0.23.1 → v0.24.1
• CI images: golang-1.25 → golang-1.26-openshift-5.0

What changed

This is a purely mechanical dependency bump. No source code changes outside
go.mod, go.sum, and vendor/ were needed — the project compiles and
passes all tests with the new k8s packages without modification.
