Summary

• Bumps DOMPurify to >= 3.4.11 (resolves to 3.4.12) via yarn resolutions
• Fixes CVE-2026-49978: DOMPurify IN_PLACE sanitization bypass via Shadow Root inside <template>.content (XSS)
• Fix version is 3.4.7; previous version was 3.2.7

Test plan

• Verify DOMPurify version in yarn.lock is >= 3.4.7
• Verify no regressions in console UI
