CNV-15425: Clean up NUMA conceptual docs

Additional information:
This PR is to clean up the existing NUMA conceptual docs so that they can be included in the CNV 4.20 NUMA topology docs for introduction and context purposes. I have split some of these docs into their own module, but the content has not changed. I have also removed the [discrete] headings as required for future DITA migration.
