Loaded upgrade is not part of scheduled jobs, could you disable the cron for upgrades.

Also, there is another PR to reduce the cadence of jobs, so we need to align with that plan, lets run the 24 node HCP control plane jobs biweekly and disable node-density-heavy workload.
