CORENET-6697: add konflux shared pull secret into qe-catalogsource to make it as global

Comment: /pj-rehearse auto-ack to run up to 5 rehearsals, and add the rehearsals-ack label on success
Comment: /pj-rehearse list to get an up-to-date list of affected jobs
Comment: /pj-rehearse abort to abort all active rehearsals
Comment: /pj-rehearse network-access-allowed to allow rehearsals of tests that have the restrict_network_access field set to false. This must be executed by an openshift org member who is not the PR author

I think current implementation does not support disconnected env. FBC index image are not mirrored. @zhaozhanqi correct me if I'm wrong

Thanks @yunjiang29 that's a good question.
Here added these step into qe-catalogsource ref which is actually a workaround to set the pull secret to global cluster. for disconnect cluster, I think the logic maybe a little complex to mirror each operators image from konflux, the logic is different than before. so I think we can use a separate PR to fix test on disconnect cluster so that it does not block level0 testing

Yes, I just reply that. we can use a separate PR for disconnect cluster so that it does not block level0 testing

and I saw all operators cases passed from the CI job

FYI, there is already this step: https://github.com/openshift/release/tree/master/ci-operator/step-registry/deploy-konflux-operator which configures the credentials. It should work in disconnected environment as well.
