The removal of 4.12 from the assisted SaaS does not mean we need to disable ABI builds in 4.12; there's no connection there. OCP 4.12 builds are still happening. Having jobs on all branches is essential to branch protection being managed correctly. Removed autodetectable base_images and inputs for consistency with other releases. This reverts commit 6ee12a9.
