claw-ctx v6.7.1 — definePluginEntry migration release

Ship the context-engine plugin on the unified definePluginEntry + shared plugin-entry SDK.

Changes:

Migrate claw-ctx plugin registration to the modern definePluginEntry interface (shared plugin-entry SDK).
Sync plugin manifest / package.json / package-lock version alignment to 6.7.1.

Tools (3): ctx_compact, ctx_build, ctx_inject (unchanged).

Quality: npm run build clean; full test suite 1172 passed / 5 skipped; OpenClaw loads plugin as loaded v6.7.1.
