claw-ctx v6.7.3 — P3 registry tarball fix (root plugin manifest)

Release Highlights:

  • Fixes the npm tarball missing the root openclaw.plugin.json (P3 GA gate): files whitelist now includes the root manifest.
  • No functional or tool-surface changes.

Tools (3): ctx_compact, ctx_build, ctx_inject (unchanged).

Quality: npm run build clean (dist fresh); tarball audit confirms root openclaw.plugin.json + dist/index.js shipped; OpenClaw loads plugin as loaded v6.7.3.
