…d the outputs to output_as_table. Also need to revisit the test_variant::test_output_dict_set test to reinstate it. It is not a particularly high value test, but would prefer to have it working for completion. The test needs additional commenta as to hoe it oought to work. Also to do is to think about how the new rna_dict can be plumbed into the VVWeb interface. The work was a feature request which can be found at #419. Tests have been added to tests/test_inputs.py

…nd the boundaries of the reference sequence, never mind the CDS. We may revisit the warnings to give information about c. but I currently do not think that this is the key issue. The key issue is that the description has coordinates beyond the referense sequnece and I am not even sure that the submitter knows this and expects this to be in a UTR. In this instance it looks like the user has got the wrong reference sequence or something like that.
