1.2, build 244

After 1.5 years and troubled times around the Maven repositories, a new pre-release build of OpenVK Legacy is being released.

Changes in build 244

1. The Instances List has been updated to the current state - March 11, 2026.
2. Added marking of OpenVK instances, access to which is restricted (RU-only yet).
3. Oreo and below: connection via a proxy server is disabled by default, the settings remain the same.
4. Fixed a bug with authorization through SelfEco Relay, which allowed you to pass it without validating API errors.
