Data too long for column 'last_answer' when using GeoGebra applets #2854

See https://forums.openwebwork.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=8785 for an example of a problem which leads to the error "Data too long for column 'last_answer' at row 1 at /opt/webwork/webwork2/lib/WeBWorK/DB/Schema/NewSQL/Std.pm line 891".
Should we be changing the data type of the last_answer column from TEXT to MEDIUMTEXT to allow the state of GeoGebra applets to be stored in the last_answer column?
