Suite and spec-artifacts 2.45.30

  • openwop-conformance-seams-v2 no longer certifies on a host that mounts no seams. Two seam-free legs moved out of the profile's floor files, into v2-webhooks-v1-scheme-listed and v2-effect-ledger-keying, with requirement ids unchanged.
  • A new coherence check, seams-floor-legs-gated, keeps every floor leg seam-driven (#1961).
  • Effect on hosts: a host that doesn't advertise the seams profile sees openwop.floor.v2-effect-identity-business-key and openwop.floor.v2-v1-signed-webhook-accepted change from executed-pass to inapplicable. The requirement ids keep passing, and bundles already published verify as before.
