1. Install opennds
2. Setting up config
3. Error: libmicrohttpd is out of date, please upgrade to version 0.9.71 or higher

Actual Behaviour

1. Install opennds
2. Automatically activates the captive portal

I checked the patch notes, and it is because it is a bug on 10.30.0 so it will be squashed in the update.
