I have problem to even initializing zipkin due to a timeout error. Something wrong with using maven.travis-ci.org?

I guess the maven repo is down and move to somewhere else according to MK's comment here, anyone knows where the new location is?

It has been shut down. Since travis-ci.org infrastructure is now U.S.-based, a separate
mirror is no longer necessary.

I'm working on a fix. In the meantime, your zipkin build should not fail
it should just complain a lot.
