eval(deltawire): integrate v5 infrastructure without raw evidence

Summary

• project the reusable Harbor collect-hook and deterministic environment receipt boundary from v5
• add Git-object-backed v4/v5 evidence locks and compact terminal v5 classification
• add no-model conformance validators and production-clean integration checks

Evidence boundary

PR #111 remains immutable experiment provenance. This PR excludes raw Harbor jobs, logs, trajectories, expanded output, the paid approval receipt, credentials, and VM-local absolute paths.

Validation

• full DeltaWire Go validation, race suite, and 20x determinism suite
• 12 canonical contracts and 96 mutation failures
• v1-v5 Git-object evidence locks
• environment and artifact-manifest receipt tests
• production cleanliness and secret/path scans
