…ipped in release archives Lands ahead of v0.1.0 so the first tagged artifacts are licensed: LICENSE in public-readme-preview (matching Interlock's Apache-2.0), a publish.config.json copy entry projecting it to the repo root, and the goreleaser archive list re-including it. Disclosure-Reviewed: reviewed — public-safe only, private facet kept out of this commit

build_pitot.py hardcodes the preview file list rather than reading publish.config.json, so the new LICENSE never entered UPSTREAM.json while labkit's golden test (which computes the surface from the config) caught the drift. Add LICENSE to the iterator and regenerate the manifest (127 files). Disclosure-Reviewed: reviewed — public-safe only, private facet kept out of this commit

Adds the Apache License 2.0 (matching Interlock) to public-readme-preview, projects it to the public repo root via publish.config.json, and re-includes it in the goreleaser archive file list — so the first tagged release ships licensed artifacts. Release-note + UPSTREAM gates green locally.
