…om surface runs/*.jsonl were locus obligation traces written without --trace-dir while the shell cwd was in the lab, swept into #265 and projected publicly. Deleted; runs/ and target/ now gitignored and excluded from the published surface; release note added (append-only gate). Disclosure-Reviewed: reviewed — public-safe only; private tree untouched by this commit
