[TOR plugin][Feature request] add specific gateway

Describe the solution you'd like
In the event of someone using vpn and tor plugin, it would be nice to be able to specify the outside gateway that tor plugin needs to take.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Maybe I could make some firewall rules but I would not know which would the source addresses.
Or I could maybe modify a setting like in here
