Migrate to FreeBSD 10.1

As 10.0 approaches EOL end of this February, it's time to move to 10.1 instead.

ze work has begun. 10.1 sources and security advisories applied plus some minor customisations. reapplying legacy patches now...

Patches are in place and compile issues have been sorted out. On to the real testing. :)

First tests indicate a smooth transition. Consider this done, although work may continue in follow-up tickets as issues pop up.
