During the Atlantic catch-up call on April 17th, the idea of a UI where users could test NOTAMs against the AI was brought up.
This PR is the implementation of that idea. It provides an easy to use UI where users can paste in NOTAMs and modify them to see how it affects the result. Each Playground Session shows the history of requests.
A unique URL is created for the session so that it can be shared with collaborators.
Inactive sessions are purged after 30 days to avoid bloat.
