Note: pebble-ntn.apk is a debug-signed build — no release keystore is
configured for this repository. It installs on a device, but it is not a
Play-grade artifact. To sign properly, set the UPLOAD_KEYSTORE_BASE64,
KEYSTORE_PASSWORD, KEY_ALIAS and KEY_PASSWORD secrets.
