Tagged at 1fa0fef and never published. Every publish attempt failed a
registry E404 before writing anything: actions/setup-node exported a
placeholder NODE_AUTH_TOKEN that defeated OIDC trusted publishing. That was
a CI-only defect with no content change of its own. No package reached npm
under this number. The content it would have carried shipped as 0.6.2 (see
that entry). The v0.6.1 tag stays where it is and is not re-pointed,
because quest-web's CI cites this repository's tags.
