Move HOL to LL

A lot of duplicated content in HOL documentation to Walkthrough; this will require multiple updates as the application evolves. Reuse existing images and content to prevent having to update docs in multiple places.

The HOL utilise concepts/content from existing pages. It also introduces documentation that should be present in the working documentation.

Suggestion:

• Maintain the main working documentation; utilise Hugo Shortcuts to include content from that working documentation into the HOL. This will keep the HOL up-to-data as the working documentation is updated reducing overall maintenance.
• Remove any usage of wrapper scripts to start the application; opt for settings files and consume as part of Consume exported settings #35
• Provide a consistent method for MacOS (either Podman/VM or Docker/Colima, etc) but not multiple methodes in different places.
