Another attempt to fix the catalog NPE. The previous attempt (#10702) has proven ineffective. I'm still not sure what triggers this, but the assumption is that it is caused by highly concurrent initialization attempts in combination with a race in the JDK code (JDK-8350189).
This solutions initializes the
JdkCatalog#initeagerly before analysis.
