Reverts #1389

More investigation is required before we make this change permanent, based on the PRs that Dependabot openened:

• chore(deps): bump https://github.com/pycqa/flake8 from 7.3.0 to 7.3.0 #1391
• chore(deps): bump https://github.com/tekwizely/pre-commit-golang from v1.0.0 to 0.8.3 #1392
• chore(deps): bump https://github.com/Mateusz-Grzelinski/actionlint-py from v1.7.12.24 to 1.7.12.24 #1393
• chore(deps): bump https://github.com/commitizen-tools/commitizen from v4.13.10 to 4.13.10 #1394
• chore(deps): bump https://github.com/pycqa/isort from 9.0.0 to 8.0.1 #1395

In these PRs the original SHA, the new SHA, and the tag don’t seem to always align and we should understand why. We also need to make sure that the pre-commit upgrades and Dependabot upgrades agree with each other.
