Description

This PR is to add the Cloud Guard MCP server. It is initially created with the problems tools

Fixes # (issue) - New Feature

  • New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)

How Has This Been Tested?

I have tested all the MCP servers against an OCI tenancy with cloud guard "problems"

  • List all my problems in my tenancy
