add auto-delete of auth-token during setup.sh 

- This is primary for dev cycle purposes in order to remove the need to manually go into the console and delete an auth-token as the limit is 2 auth-tokens.
- This is for non-livelabs tenancy (destroy is not supported in  livelabs)
- This ould be done during setup.sh and only delete auth-token named "grabdish"
- This could also be an optional param (to setup.sh eg)
