Oracle's Global Developers Program for Python: Join us!

We have been developing a 'Global Developers Program for Python' to give you a direct voice in setting the future direction of python-oracledb and related Oracle Database functionality. The format is a half-day Zoom call with a small number of you interacting personally with us Oracle developers and senior management. For each topic area will share some information, and then have an open discussion with you about what is working/not working in this area, and what you need from us going forward. Likely topics for the inaugural session include things like packaging & deployment, connection management, performance and scalability. There will be scope to discuss other topics and Python ecosystem concerns too. This is an ongoing program, so you can help set the topics for future meetings as well.

Being a global initiative, and with much of the northern hemisphere people in summer, the session timing is still being finalized. It's likely to be end of July.
