Muyan Pilot v0.1.1 — corrected release tag

v0.1.0 points at 335fa27 (an intermediate commit of the PR #92 branch).
The head that was reviewed and merged is f82969e (the review-round-1
fix), which v0.1.0 does not contain. This tag corrects the release
pointer without moving v0.1.0 (immutable, never force-pushed).

Fixes included over v0.1.0 (git diff 335fa27 f82969e):

• muyan_pilot.py: session-follow line handling (follow the given file
  only; no fragmented/dropped lines for the --pretty parser)
• .gitignore: run-artifact ignore entries
• README.md: wording aligned with the session contract
• tests/test_muyan_pilot.py, tests/test_run_artifacts.py: pinning tests
• removal of run artifacts plan.md/test.log from the tree
