The soames/feature branch wrapped the block's content in a <p>, which
forced block-level HTML (<ul>, <h3>, nested <p>) authored via the new
Feature editor to nest invalidly. Render it in a <div> so block-level
HTML is first-class. No CSS coupling (.block-text is unstyled; no
p-scoped display-7/mbr-fonts-style selectors).
