Fixed

• 1.3.2's activation fix did nothing on a multisite with domain mapping (ORBI-82). WordPress
  MU Domain Mapping's domain_mapping_adminurl also filters admin_url at priority 10. It was
  registered later, so it ran after ours and rewrote the ajax URL back to the admin domain.
  wp-env has no domain mapping, which is why 1.3.2's tests passed. The filter now runs at
  PHP_INT_MAX, which is safe given its narrow scope. A new test registers a competing
  priority-10 filter that restores the WordPress host, the way the domain mapper does. With the
  old priority it reproduces the live failure exactly.
