v1.4.0

A MINOR: one new setting and one new key inside the optimaExpress payload. Nothing an older
theme reads changed. Pairs with any 0.1.x theme; the IDX heroes need 0.1.28.

Added

• Optima Express page setting (ORBI-82). It's a page picker in Soames Settings, shown only
where Optima Express is registered, and works like the Knowledge Base page. The chosen page's
hero background image, caption and overlay become the hero for the Optima Express landing
pages: search, featured listings, results, market reports, agent and office lists. Each keeps
its own title. Listing and other detail pages get a slim title bar instead, so the listing
stays above the fold. The ID is sent as optimaExpress.heroPageId, inside the gated payload,
so subsites without a registered Optima Express never see it.
