A MINOR: two new settings. Nothing a theme reads changed: no REST key, GraphQL field or
block markup. Pairs with any 0.1.x theme.

Added

  • Edge bypass (ORBI-82). A request carrying X-Soames-Edge: <secret> skips the front-end
    redirect and WordPress's redirect_canonical. That lets a static site's edge function fetch a
    page server-side (Optima Express listing heads) while every visitor is still redirected, so the
    WordPress host stops being a crawlable duplicate.
    • The secret is the new Edge secret setting, shown where Optima Express is registered,
      at least 32 characters.
    • No secret → the header is ignored; a wrong one is treated as absent.
    • Never in REST or GraphQL.
    • Bypassed responses are sent no-cache and X-Robots-Tag: noindex.
  • Redirect type setting for front-end redirection: 302 (default, unchanged) or 301. The 301
    is for a site retiring its WordPress host as a public duplicate, since search engines
    consolidate on a 301 sooner.
