A MINOR: one new REST route. Nothing an existing theme reads changed. Pairs with any 0.1.x
theme; the theme serves the listing sitemaps from 0.1.32.

Added

• GET soames/v1/optima-express/sitemap (ORBI-82): the Optima Express listing URLs, as
  { count, urls: [{ loc, lastmod }] }.
  • Optima Express has no sitemap of its own; it only feeds these URLs to Google XML Sitemaps
    or Yoast, which a static front end doesn't have.
  • This makes the same request through Optima Express's public requestor class, so its
    server-side credentials never leave WordPress, with the same 1-hour cache.
  • Gated like the settings payload: 404 unless Optima Express is active and registered.
