Programmatically toggling visibility does not work on macOS 27

Bug Description, Steps to Reproduce, Crash Logs, Screenshots, etc.

When running the window sample project, it works as expected on macOS 26, but on 27 beta, the "presented" toggle is a no-op and the "close menu" button in the window doesn't work, either.

The Enabled toggle also no longer works on 27 beta. Disabling it dims the menu bar icon, but it's still clickable.

Spent about an hour to track down the root cause. Menu bar presentation is now driven by new AppKit SPI: a click begins an NSStatusItemExpandedInterfaceSession, which notifies the status item's expandedInterfaceDelegate (SwiftUI's WindowMenuBarExtraBehavior in this case), which shows/hides the window.

Thanks for the diligence on this. I have not had a chance to crack open the beta just yet as it's still somewhat early days.

It's inevitable that the underpinnings of MenuBarExtra will change underneath our feet over time -- it's just a game of plugging the holes with each iteration.

I wonder if these internal changes are driven by plumbing for the rumoured touchscreen MacBook Pro.
