0.5.9 — ㅁ multi-stroke + no palm drag while writing

Fix

1. Hangul multi-stroke (ㅁ): soft tip-lift commits each side; short strokes always visible
2. Palm pan while writing: for 2s after Pencil activity, single-finger drag/pan is blocked (hand rest between strokes)
