UI done with external SPA, would it be possible?

Hello, i've downloaded the Duende.IdentityServer.Demo project and i've seen that the UI (login, logout, consent, etc) pages are made with asp.net razor.
I would to know if it would to be possible to create an external frontend application for the UI, for example in Angular, but reusing the same backend methods (for example Index.cshtml.cs) moved to api controllers inside the IdentityServer project.
