brew pr-pull fails with uninitialized constant Cask::CaskLoader

Hi, when I’m running brew pr-pull --tap=<tap> <pr> on my own tap, the following error occurred:

Error: uninitialized constant Cask::CaskLoader

It seems that the cast/cask_loader is not required by the pr-pull dev command, so that might be the cause.
