YouTube videos stop playing at 1:00 and drop to 360p if your IP is on Google's high-risk list, even with spoofing enabled.

For some reason, YouTube is blocked in my country, so we have to use a VPN to access it. If your VPN's IP address is on Google's high-risk list, the video may stop playing at around 1:00 and the quality will drop to 360p. Change client spoofing does not seem to bypass this restriction.

To check whether your IP is on the high-risk list, open Chrome in Incognito mode and watch a YouTube video while logged out. If YouTube asks you to sign in to continue watching, your IP is probably on the block list.
